Check in instructions were clear and communication with the owner/manager throughout our stay was easy and they were always quick to respond. The unit is very spacious and the pool was nice to have on the hot afternoons. One thing I will mention is the noise from the neighbouring dogs. "We recently stayed at this apartment for eight nights, and while the location was convenient with easy access to the central area, the overall experience was disappointing. Cons: • The room was extremely small, particularly the bathroom. It’s so cramped that if you lean forward, you risk bumping your head into the wall. • Cleanliness was subpar. The carpet was dirty, there was hair on the bathroom floor, and we even found cockroaches near the apartment door and in the swimming pool...

"Everything was at least as good as the pictures. Wonderful place, really peaceful. There was construction beside, but they made sure it would not disturb our stay. Both terrasses are beautiful with a great view of the mountains and the sea. We were welcomed there by Gonzalo who was really nice and took care of us during our stay. The only thing I would mention is you need a car to get to the sea and restaurants/shops."

"Comfortable and spacious place to land while visiting Todos Santos. There’s an amazing coffee shop down the street that opens at 7am and makes healthy food, some gluten free, and the drink offerings use more interesting ingredients than you typically see. A little further down the way towards town is another cluster of restaurants & a French deli.We really enjoyed evenings on the private patio and sunrises on the rooftop. "

"We had a wonderful time, it was really close to the malecón where we enjoyed food, Tim ‘s bike rentals and Baja adventures ( fun for teens and kids).The host was friendly and spoke English well. The home was modern and clean very comfortable. The host was very quick to answer questions and helpful. It was peaceful for being in the city and it was really nice to have the parking area behind a garage door in a covered area it made it easy to unload and load the van right into the casa. "

"The bottom floor rooms share the outside kitchen and we all share the fire pit and front patio. We are a few blocks away from the water and close to food and restaurants and small stores. You can just walk to get around or rent a scooter right here from Pepe, the owner. He is very good at assisting with all your adventures. "The location was perfect, a short drive to the malecon or easy walk, plenty of restaurants, authentic home and decorating with a welcoming host. Definitely recommend for those wanting the opposite of an “all-inclusive” experience. "

"No luxury but all the necessities. The location is remote and the streets are difficult. But if you have a vehicle or a dependable driver, it’s ok. The owner and manager were very responsive to any issues."

The location is great, just a short stroll to the beach and close to town and it offered the perfect setting for a relaxing and fun-filled stay. The house and pool are amazing and brand new. "A must see property, amazing view of the sea with an excellent property manager and a gracious owner. There was a small mishap during our stay in the property and the manager immediately took care of the problem and with the owner being directly involved we got a major credit refund. This was the highlight of our trip and we certainly need to return back there soon. "

"This place was perfect for the two of us it was extremely quiet, close to town (5-7 min drive), surrounded by lush trees and flowers and about a 15-20 min walk to the beach. There’s also plenty of restaurants around this area that you can walk to. The cleanliness was fantastic we stayed for 9 nights and a lovely cleaner would come in daily to take out the garage, make the bed and change out towels when needed. Great communication with the host as well! Would definitely stay here again."

"Everything I could have possibly needed was there and my 2 rooms and the bathroom were spotless. I was an idiot and didn’t check my messages 24 hours before checking in, due to no WiFi, so I had no idea how to get into the Suites upon arrival. My fault, not there’s! But, as always, there are those beautiful Mexican people who are always so willing to help."

"This was such a fun, outstanding place to stay. They let us use the kayaks for free, and we kayak out into the sunrise and saw mobulas jumping! Very friendly and helpful staff really delicious food at the beach café excellent service. I am definitely coming back."
