"Front reception asked for a deposit but I booked online. The rooms didn’t have sheets on the bed. The heater didn’t work in the room. No one was picking up to help resolve the situation. Had to walk to the reception desk 2 different times so the could move me into a different room and the tv didntbwoek"

"Well it was a decent place. The room was clean. The service was good. The bathtub didn't have a nonslick surface so i had to get one to be safe. The bed made some rather loud spring noises everytime I got in or out of it. Not a big deal to me but may have made some noise for people below me. I will also point out the TV doesn't have an available HDMI port so bring an adapter if you need to use HDMI for a device. But overall I had a good experience."

"It was OK. They offered room service, but it was from an app that they must have paired with for businesses around the area. The room was comfy. The only complaint was that on One of the beds, the fitted sheets were pili (see attached photo)."
