"Staff was comparable to a 5 star hotel. Great spa, sauna, steam room and heated pool. Very close to airport, we walked to the hotel, about 12 minutes. Shuttle service about every 30 minutes or less. We took the Shuttle back to the airport. They recommended a private tour to a volcano, museum, and middle of the Earth. ($90 for 2 of us, Dec 2024) Room was specious and so was the bathroom. Very clean. Had a decent hairdryer, iron, ironing board, sitting area and cable tv. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fruits, breads, meats, eggs oatmeal and juices/coffee/tea. Restaurant offered menu or buffet for dinner. We loved it! It was on a busy street, but still not super noisy. We will definitely stay again. "

"We loved our stay. The accommodation was unique and extremely comfortable. Everything from the bed to the showers to the heated floors made our stay very enjoyable. Being able to sit in the hot springs at night was amazing. The food was excellent too. We will be back!"

"The property is beautiful, the staff friendly, and when my husband and I had to leave at 4am to catch a flight, they had box breakfasts prepared for us. At most hotels, incredibly more expensive hotels, if you have to leave at 4am when the kitchen is closed, you're just SOL. Imagine my surprise when they offered that little treat! I would definitely return and highly recommend. "
