"This is not a chain hotel, this is a boutique hotel with a small number of rooms. It’s located in a secure gated community with attentive security. There’s a golf course on the grounds as well as a polo field and some other activities. The room itself was very spacious and clean with plenty of light, both natural and artificial. It has a television and a dedicated heat/AC system. The on-site restaurant has delicious food with excellent service. I have all positives to say about this...

Hice una reserva con anticipación, confirmé mi llegada horas antes, llegamos al hotel a las 3 de la mañana y además de que no nos quisieron recibir, muy molestos nos dijeron que no habíamos quedado en nada, que por favor nos retiraramos y que no tenían habitaciones disponibles. Se supone que es un servicio de hospedaje y que te deben atender las 24 horas del día. Fue frustrante pues a esa hora tuvimos que empezar a buscar...
