"This Hotel is over priced. I booked two nights for standard rooms it cost £79 per night, I paid full amount of two nights. When I checked in the hotel that receptionist show me couple of nice rooms then I selected one of the room then he told me to pay extra €200 tax for one night I shocked. They did not price the room on website or expedia, this is kind of scammed. Then I paid that extra €200 tax. I asked them to can you please cancel my second night reservation but they did not agree...

"Hotel is very pretty, check in was easy, room was ready early. Very close to the parks. Rooms were clean, spacious. Pool area was really lovely. I would stay again at this hotel. Only a few negatives. For a 4* hotel i would expect a kettle and somw tea and coffee, maybe a few biscuits. There was no kettle, not even a bottle of water. Breakfast was included in our stay and had some tea there, the food selection was ok, but did not cager to vegetarians at all. No veggie alternatives. The buffet...

"We greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and our room was wonderful with a large balcony overlooking the ocean. The breakfast was very good. The staff was perfectly pleasant and accommodating although we did not feel anyone was particularly happy about having us stay there. Overall very good."

"Overall a great stay. The staff were excellent at every interaction. The rooms was modern and clean. We requested a kingsize bed but ended up with two singles, this would have been ok, but they were on wheels and kept rolling apart and they had completely separate bedding instead of combining as a double. The TV entertainment system was poor. Most channels and apps didn't work."

"Reception staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. But someone kept on smoking weed in the room on our floor which created a very strong odour even though the hotel had no smoking policy. No action from staff. Plus only one lift was working during our whole stay of 5 days. "

"The rooms are very big. The cimplex is HUGE. I was looking forward to a swim in the indoor pool, as advertised. But there isnt a swimming pool. There is an enormous thermal mineral spa (1000m) on site that people travel here to use. The hotel charge €37 to go in. But on a saturday you have to pre book and it was full. Also, the hotel website advertise a room, including dinner and entry to the thermal spa for same as we paid via expedia, for just a room!!!"
