"This is the second Christmas we spent here and it was another great stay. Our daughter and her partner live nearby in a tiny apartment so we cooked Christmas dinner for the four of us. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We slept great in the comfortable bed. The neighboorhood is very quiet and in a good location. "

"This little house is absolutely wonderful. There was absolutely everything we needed from sweet bakery treats left for us and the most comfortable stay we could have asked for (clean, lovely, comfortable). The hosts were so easy to communicate with and accommodating when we asked for special attention. We were hosting old family friends and having them stay here made their visit an absolute breeze! If you're looking at this property...it's a yes 1000 times. "

"Do not stay here they gave us a room with no fridge or microwave the sheets were disgusting sweat stains and God knows what else. Good thing there’s a Walmart near by had to go buy our own sheets because we were not using those the staff was ok but definitely did not clean our room 10/10 would not recommend go stay at the super 8 down the street if you want a good night sleep"

"This is our second stay at this property and plan to come back again. We started coming in the fall and the trees and lake were beautiful. We were looking forward to hanging out around the fire pit, but unfortunately we were under a burn ban. The house is great and had plenty of room for our families and kids. Thank you for a great stay!"

"The reason for our trip was due to my daughter college showing at UCA. Upon arrival front desk clerk Diamond was polite and very helpful on questions about UCA. The room was brand new and fresh smelling very clean and organized. Love the fact the room has a microwave & refrigerator. The location is fantastic close to everything about 10 minutes from UCA. "
