"If you’re in town for a long weekend and you’ll be spending most of your time out and about, this cottage is perfect. Small but very functional and clean. Bed was comfortable and there’s good water pressure. Fairly centrally located. Easy drive to the airport. 5-stars!"

"It was not clear to us that there was only one shower. There are two sink areas and two toilets. All cement floors, so bath rugs would be nice. Convenient location. House has great natural light with windows (bedrooms now have shades) and skylights. Kitchen has high grade appliances and well supplied. TV not equipped for sports fans. "Stayed 5 days to explore Phoenix and surrounding area. Enjoyed three Spring Training games and relaxed at the pool one day. Nice casita-perfect for 2-3 people. Beautiful yard and surrounding area. We would stay again. Thank you!"

"We were hiking nearby and enjoyed this quiet property. We did not see the hosts as we were out early in the morning and then returned briefly to get ready for dinners out. Communication with the hists via the app was easy and they were very responsive"

"This rental was very clean and comfortable, with pleasing decor. The mini fridge was stocked along with a snack basket. Corinne offered freshly baked treats for breakfast. We were invited to relax in the backyard, which was nicely landscaped. We would recommend the establishment for a wonderful alternative to hotels. "

"Overall good stay and decent place but communication with the property owner for check-in was awful. I messaged them several times prior to my arrival even a week before and no response. Finally, after calling several times, I received a call back 45 minutes after check-in time, with check-in instructions. It is really not that hard to send one message to guest with instructions but required me calling them several times to receive response."

"This beautiful casita was perfect for our 3-day business trip. The Casita absolutelu perfect in every way - it was clean, well decorated, had treats for us to munch on, the beds were super comfy, and it had alot of extras which was impressive! It was centrally located with easy access to highways along with being close to grocery stores, retaurants and much more. "Loved the location. We are Boomers & a bit nervous about the set up, but The Sonder provided all information needed and even a video about parking on site. It was nice to have space and a full kitchen. Loved our balcony on the 13th floor. Great gym in the building. There were several restaurants within a few blocks. Fun young neighborhood."
