"We loved everything about this resort. It is not quiet if that is what your are looking for, did not bother us we wanted the nightlife. "

"Front desk personal that receive me without a name tag was a pregnant lady was very rude and unprofessional also treated me the guest with no respect putting in doubt the who I was and other thing , but thankfully they other front desk girl a very polite and nice and sweet young girl was able to take care of me and my husband. "

"Property was clean and beautiful. Staff was very nice. Ebikes did not work for the entire week we were there. Lighting in the bathroom is not very good. Food at the buffet was good to excellent most of the time. It was a challenge to make a reservation in one of the al-la-carte restaurants so we didn't visit any of them. I had read that English is widely spoken. This was not true. Best to know spanish if you want to converse with the staff. Area surrounding the resort is poor and dirty but there is no need to leave the resort. We didn't do any excursions but others who did liked them."

"I have traveled quite a bit in my life but never to do an all inclusive. That said I have been to a lot of high end hotels and for the cost/value was one of the best experiences I have ever had. From the caring staff to the stunning beach to the fine food and drink to the amenities/classes you will not be disappointed. Four nights is plenty but could easily enjoy this place for a week.Truly fantastic. The only challenge (not hotel issue) is that for us coming from NYC we have drive 2.5 hours across DR (flew into Santo Domingo) but certain cities do fly direct to Samana. Go here its FABULOUS!"

"This hotel is small gem nestled in quiet community of private homes. Close enough for to main drag ( 5 min by car) but far enough that you don’t hear with noices of late night partygoers. We have stayed at 4 other properties in area and think we found our new home. We booked master suite and while layout is interesting it works nicely. There are 2 separate rooms. The bathroom located off the full living area. For us this was great, i had area to work and be on calls and my husband could work in bedroom. We enjoyed the pool which is compact but even on sold out night. Was never crowded. Probably because less than 5 minutes by foot you arrive at secluded beach( and yes, they deliver drinks and food to you !). The included breakfast is was hearty and there was ton of inexpensive add on like avocado and breakfast meats. Overall for people looking disconnect but still want TV and wifi and ond someone else to the cooking. Its perfect. We will definitely be back "
