"THE STAFF WERE AMAZING, GREAT SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT TEAM WERE VERY EXPERIENCE AND EXTREMELY HOSPITABLE, THEY ALL MADE OUR STAY VERY ENJOYABLE. WE DID HAVE AN ISSUE WITH THE HOT WATER BEING CUT DUE TO A PIPE THAT BURST WHICH CAUSED A MAJOR DISTRIBUTION IN THE WATER SUPPLY FOR ALMOST 48 HRS. AS A GESTURE OF GOOD FAITH WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMPENSATED FOR THE LACK OF RUNNING WATER FOR THE TWO NIGHTS DURING THE CUT OFF."
