"I must say that this hotel is definitely not a 5 star category. There is no air-conditioning in the lobby or the lifts. the staff were rude and not friendly at all. My partner and I wanted to see if we could arrange our wedding there and we were told the events manager will come and see us and never did at all. The rooms are dated and in need of updating. They claim to be a spa but they fail to tell you the spa is closed for 3 days of the week. so they need to take that out of the name. we...

"Good hotel but has a limited menu as has no restaurant only a cafe bar. The menu is changed daily but if you want lunch and evening food it is the same choice.
