"It’s a very beautiful property with a great location. I would highlight that 2 of the rooms on the top floor and the room on the ground floor doesn’t have Air conditioning which in very hot days makes it difficult to sleep even though it has a fan on the ceiling. Also the facilities on the ground floor, the bathroom is exposed (no doors) - has no privacy which is very odd, if you are spending days with family or friends. Don't judge this book by its cover...

"Very unassuming from the outside, but with a spectacular interior. A wonderful lady at the reception. Conveniently located if you want to explore the old town and/or catch the ferry for a day trip to Morocco. For a fee, the hotel offers parking in an underground car park about 150 meters away - the only space available was too narrow for my midsize SUV, but there is an excellent public parking garage with valet service also just 150 meters away, and even slightly cheaper than what you would pay at the hotel."

Excellent staff, fantastic breakfast !

"Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful, great room with a very nice balcony. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh fruit, plenty of cooked options, good coffee. Lots of areas to sit and relax, it is a lovely hotel. Very close to the train station. I can highly recommend Hotel Mir Octavio and I would stay again"
