Las habitaciones se mostraban un poco descuidadas, el baño huele Mal Casi siempre sin embargo nos hicieron cambio de habitacion en 2 ocasiones por el inconvenient. Pienso deberia arreglar los detalles en pintura y habitaciones por lo demas excelente y volveria! Gracias por todo!!! Bendiciones para ustedes siempre "

"My wife and our 10 months daughter stayed at this resort for 7 days and we had a blast. Great service from the staff. I wanted to personally thank Johanser who helped us with the restaurant reservations and any other questions we had . Also wanted to thank , Omar, Leonela and Danny who prepared great cocktails at the times with a great smile . Looking forward to go back . "

"This property is beautiful. Great beach.Resort offers numerous pools . Free WiFi. Excellent dining options. Unfortunately room cleanliness was not up to the standard . In our room we have found many maintenance problems like door was not closing properly. Front desk staff unprofessional and engaged with coworkers instead of customers. Evening entertainment less than expected."

"Property was very clean and the staff was very nice all the time. Food was solid, what you would expect from an all inclusive. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The only real issue is the Wi-Fi could be spotty from time to time "

"I loved that they allowed me to change my room and let me pick the room I wanted. The room assigned was close to the pool and was too noisy. They took me to view 2 rooms and gave me the option to pick. They also did not charge for my room service."

"Overall the experience was great! Lots of food options, loves the swim out room and entertainment. Things we didn’t like were people left their towels at the pool/beach so hard to get a chair. We feel like the staff should pick anything left each night and enforce a rule. That’s a big turn off for us. The beds were absolutely stiff as a board and not comfortable at all. Service, food, staff were very friendly and clean resort. Lots of food options!!!"

"I liked quietness, cleanliness, and services at the room and restaurants. Also, the excellence of JJ, always available to help us, he is very professional! I did not like the tour to Dream hotel. They should told me the true before to schedule an appointment for me to go there. Another thing regarding food options would be to have the traditional Dominican plates always available. In our first trip, that aspect was excellent. They asked what did we want to eat….!in this trip, when I have asked for plantains, tostones, mofongo they have told they don’t have and offered mash potatoes. To re schedule transportation to the airport should be more help from that company since my trip was paid in Miami and it was a round trip. "
