"Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub in diesem schönen Haus. Ausreichend Platz, Aussenbereich, Gemeinschaftspool und was man braucht ist im Haus vorhanden, inklusive einer Waschmaschine. 25 Minuten Fahrt nach Torrevieja und zu den Stränden. Sehr netter und aufmerksamer Vermieter, der bei Bedarf sofort erreichbar ist. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen. "

"Lovely house , very quiet during week. Really good pool just outside back door . Sun traps at front in morning and rear and solarium in afternoon. Great value if 4/7 people. Long walk to beach but we were driving. Victoria bar/restaurant and La Gamba are just a 5/10 minutes walk. Great cocktails by Robert in La Gamba and lovely staff here especially the Brazillian girl. The owner was very helpful when we spoke. Will stay here again. Ray and Teresa"

"This is a spacious modernised two-storey apartment, clean well-equipped, with gated/secure access and parking very close by and a good swimming pool (two meters deep at one end) just a few feet away, many of the guests in neighbouring apartments are British who visit every year, we could access English Netflix although no other TV"

"This apartment is excellent! You will have everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and new appliances. There is plenty of room (for 4) throughout the apartment, with the opportunity to eat in, at the dining table, or alfresco, on the terrace next to the communal pool area. Many of the apartments are not occupied at the same time. However, there are sufficient people around to offer a great atmosphere, with a mix of nationalities and remains generally quiet throughout...

"The home was well equipped ,clean and tidy with everything we needed for our stay. There was six adults and one child in our group and there was plenty of space for us all to be together or to have separate quiet times. With the temperature being 30 degrees plus all week we were a little worried about being too warm but thankfully the air conditioning and fans kept the house very cool. There was a walk to the local shops and restaurants but nothing to strenuous. Overall we had a very nice stay...

"We have stopped here before. Great location. English pub right next door with a great host. 3 golf courses within 10 minutes drive. Villa has had a slight refurbishment with the kitchen & dinroom area redecorated & one the bathrooms downstairs been refurbished. Great time had by all. "

Cabo Roig Sun holiday home for up to 6 people

"Lovely property had everything you could need. Excellent communication with all involved. It really is a lovely place to stay and within walking distance to Cabo Roig strip and beach. Only downside was unfortunately there was no sun on the terrace but it was winter season and I’m sure during the summer this certainly wouldn’t be the case. Would definitely return. "

"Just come back from a week and would highly recommend. Communication with the owner and during check in was excellent! The villa was clean with great facilities for both kids and adults! The kids loved the pool and spent most of their time playing in the lovely outdoor space. Would definitely like to visit again. We were visiting family in the local area but would suggest a car rental to be able to fully explore local attractions. Thank you we really enjoyed it! "

"Los Narejos is the perfect place for a beach holiday. This house is only 2 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from bars, restaurants and a small supermarket. Great location. The house is in a quiet location and has all the facilities you could wish for. It is like a home from home - but I do not have a swimming pool!!! "Estancia perfecta.. casa limpia, grande, acogedora, bien cuidada.. con muchos detalles.. todo ha sido perfecto. A medio minuto andando del mar menor y a5 minutos andando del mar mediterráneo. Muchas gracias. Ralf, fue de gran ayuda, ya que salió a nuestro encuentro en bicicleta, siempre dispuesto a ayudar, sin ser visto. "No wifi in rooms and only in reception.. bar and restaurant closed most evenings .. pool closed .. Access to wifi was a real problem for me and needing to sit in reception to do my work was very inconvenient. Furniture in rooms very uncomfortable.. Located in a good area but this time of the year most places are closed "
