"Property was great. We had very obnoxious intoxicated neighbors first 2 nights, we couldn’t sleep past 3 am with their fighting and yelling. Went to front desk next morning to notify them. They weren’t apologetic but moved us to a diff room, lower level, not much view. Took a couple of hours out of our day. Didn’t get to move our drinks incl champagne as gift. Sad. But still a great place. "

"The staff were so friendly and made us feel so welcomed and important! We loved our room and the view. Wish we could've gotten a higher floor though! Not happy about all of the extra charges on my bill. Such as some foundation charge that I did never agreed to alt and was snuck up in me. They need to put coffee pods with a coffee maker in the suites. That is what was missing. We wished they provided coffee in the rooms like most hotels do. There were a lot of little flying insects in our room that we struggled to get rid of. I also did not like being harassed when we arrived about timeshares. A lady and then a man harassed us in the lobby and both of them got rude when we kept saying no. "

"This property is a hidden gem. Perched on cliffs the views are priceless, the amenities and grounds are stunning and the staff are just lovable. You cannot go wrong by booking here. The cherry on top was the private clear water beach steps away. We came with our family of 5 and we couldn’t be happier. We felt safe and very well taken care of. We stayed in the small ocean view villla and the view was breathtaking and the suite was very comfortable and clean. We spent 5 days in early January and the clientele was a balanced mix of young couples, retirees, families and a small handful of friend groups. Everyone was so polite and friendly. The food and drinks were also generous and delicious! “Party”Cabo is only a quick 10 min drive away, so this makes for the perfect retreat. There are many grocery options close by and some hidden dining options as well, like Metate and Dolce Villa for ice cream. We highly recommend this place. "

"The resort was beautiful, our room was super spacious and clean, and the staff were very professional and friendly. We had a great time. Few things - if you stay at the Nobu, I strongly recommend renting a car!! There is nothing nearby, about 30 mins drive away from town, and having a car will make it a lot more convenient since Ubers can’t enter the resort and it’s a long way from the gate to the resort entrance (not walkable), and cab fees add up fast. They have free valet parking at the resort. Also keep in mind room service/restaurants at the resort are way overpriced, so having a car provides more flexibility to go out late at night for dinner/late night snacks. Overall we had a great time!"
