"New Apt in a great location. There aren’t hotel services if you need that. They are still working the kinks out of the building and I never did get warm water. They told me to just run the shower but running water in a desert for 20 minutes seemed a waste. All said great location and value though."

"It was good! The wall paper was coming off and it smelled like moisture but it was because they had a tropical storm. The parking is good and it’s safe because you can leave it there if you want to walk to the beach which is like 5 minutes walking. The thing I didn’t like is that the bed sheets had a lot of hairs and they smelled like armpits not sure if they wash them frequently well only on one bed the other one was fine. "We absolutely loved the villa and everything about it. Our family of 5 adults had plenty of space in the villa. The patio is the best…especially for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the afternoon. The resort itself is spectacular. The pools, workout room, jogging path, and restaurants were all wonderful. Marco was so helpful on property in arranging transportation and answering questions. Before arrival, we reserved several dinners and experiences with Kendall, and each one was terrific!"

"Alegranza is nice. However the restaurant has been closed for almost a year and the pools aren’t heated. Lounge chairs are awful. The listing is not accurate. This is not a resort type of location. Bug issue in the unit was resolved nicely and quickly. It was a good location to be able to walk to town and hotels. There is no beach access nearby."

"Lovely property, spotlessly clean room. The host was very charming, friendly, and could not have been more accommodating. The hillclimb access on foot and in the neighborhood was a bit tough for us seniors, but what a view! Though unheated ( it was February), the pool was esthetically beautiful. The neighborhood was very nice with a safe feel, interesting shops, and a good variety of small restaurants nearby."
