"Beautiful hotel, very clean. Unfortunately not the best welcome, we were locked in the hotel for 50 mins by a random guy. No lights on. No instructions on how to access the key. We found the phone number and was able to call the hotelier who gave us instructions. There was no hotel phone to call though which was a pain too as we had to borrow one. We were ignored at breakfast, we weren't sure if we should sit ourselves or wait to be seated. After waiting a short while we sat ourselves as it was...

"The apartment is very nice, bright and modern. It is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable which is important when you are traveling. The apartment is walking distance to to restaurants and shops. Ruben, is very nice and helpful. Definitely will recommend staying here. "

"Excellent property. Only drawback would be you can hear upstairs neighbors. Moving chairs, doing laundry, people talking, even dogs crying. Lovely town, easily walkable. "

Charming hotel in the center of town

"Beautiful room with two balconies and lovely furnishings. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was cavernous. The hotel is in a wonderfully decorated historic building in the center of town. A perfect place from which to enjoy Santillana Del Mar. The only point against them is that there is no coffee maker or kettle in the room. Parking available in their lot for a small charge. "
