"We stayed in a lovely apartment on the 8th floor with a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and access to a laundry room which was free. They even provided free chairs/parasols to use at the beach. Staff were super helpful! Apartment was a few minutes from the tram stop, several supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. Would absolutely stay here again! "

"Friendly check in Barbara. Did not appreciate that the desk was only open 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. Although we booked through Expedia a credit card # or $100 cash is required at check in so you don’t steal the beach towels which weren’t in our room! We left before 9:00 am for the beach therefore couldn’t get towels. We also did a self checkout at 8:30 am therefore there was no way to get cash back had we left it. "This is a great place to stay due to its position. Everything is right on the doorstep or within a 10 minute walk. The flat is really functional and a very comfortable bed. Being a bit of a techie loved how you enter the building etc. Although not sure what you'd do if you left your phone in the flat by mistake when staff have left for the day. I booked this as pay on the day but they have a policy of requesting payment before you arrive. Not an issue but maybe something to look at if they...

"The flat was perfectly situated for exploring Alicante on foot. A few minutes from the waterfront, or the market in the other direction, and right on the edge of the old town. At the end of our stay, only five minutes to the airport bus. The flat had everything you'd want - fridge, microwave, hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle; in the basement there are several washing machines and tumble dryers.
