"The villa was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. Sergio was quick to response and very kind to let us arrive early. The only two issues were the noise coming from the airport. (obviously, we could see it was nearby, but had not appreciated the level of noise and the frequency!) Also, the beds and pillows were very firm! "

"We’re lucky enough to travel quite extensively, and we find ourselves back at this delightful Casita for the fourth time. In itself that should be recommendation enough, but in summary the combination of location (both the casita and Sòller) and charming and welcoming hosts make this a repeat for us. There is also the most delightful cat who attends - she seems to get more affectionate by the year and yearns for the attention!"

"Biniaraix was the perfect location for our week’s walking in the Serra de Tramuntana. We could walk straight onto the GR221 from the village and it was also an easy walk into Soller. Ca’n Ferru is a lovely old house with the most stunning terrace giving breathtaking views. It was well equipped with comfortable beds. It’s difficult to park in the village so when we found a space we left the car there and went out on foot. Minor quibble - the listing details need some updating. There is no hot tub...

"We were a large group of 16 comprising four families with young kids (18 months to 9 yes). As mentioned in previous reviews Isabel the host is helpful and quick with her response to pre arrival queries. The check in/out process was also made straight forward by Isabel. On arrival at the villa our expectations were more than met. "The location of this property is fabulous, providing exactly what we wanted - access to the beach by walking. The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, and we enjoyed listening to the sound of the crickets and bells from the goats next door. "We enjoyed the Finka so much. It was well located to see everything on the island. It was also very well supplied; many kitchen items to use, second refrigerator was really helpful for our large family, LOTS of plates and glasses, and we really appreciated the pre-inflated pools floats when we arrived. Pool was beautiful and clean. Owners were responsive and very friendly."

"The cottage was beautiful and simple. Exactly what we were looking for. The views were spectacular. The only note I would make is that guest should be aware that the parking is downhill from the property which requires you to lug your luggage and groceries up a switch back to the top of the property. We loved it and would rent again!"

"We had a really lovely stay at this finca with our two boys. It is clean with a comfortable design. As mentioned in other reviews the finca is also home to two sweet outside cats and 3 donkeys that we all loved. (Pro Tip: Don’t let the fat donkey fool you into extra treats for the baby- she is not pregnant, just plump and eats most of the food!). "Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche in dieser Finca und es war schlicht perfekt! Wer die Ruhe sucht, fernab vom Trubel der Touristenorte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Finca sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern und die Küche ist mehr als gut bestückt. Es fehlt nichts. Inés ist eine ganz tolle Vermieterin, unkompliziert, pünktlich und äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir wieder mal auf Mallorca sind, werden wir sicher wieder in dieser Finca wohnen. Absolut empfehlenswert!"

"Der Urlaub in der Finca war toll. Die Finca ist perfekt ausgestattet für eine Fewo, dazu mit großem Pool samt Treppe, einer Grillstation u sehr vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Man ist durch die Lage u Hitze auf ein Auto angewiesen u das Knarren der Betten war gewöhnungsbedürftig."

"It doesn't really get any better. The villa exceeded expectations, the photos don't really do it enough justice. Everything you need for a perfect holiday. The only sounds to be heard out in this area are chickens, a donkey and the occasional dog. At nighttime the only sounds are the birds, owls and crickets. The management company reply to your emails almost immediately. In fact one evening when we had no water I emailed them at 2030pm and there was an engineer in the doorstep less than an hour...

"We booked the delux apartment with seaview and it was beautiful views. Had a bit of trouble with some ants appearing, and when it rained there was some water coming into the living area,but the cleaners and handyman fixed everything really quick. The jakuzzi was great too. The food was ok too. Really liked the childrens disco and entertainment after dinner. Overall we had a great few days. "
