"Air conditioning in lobby was sporadic but my room was always well air conditioned. Wonderful pool though they put a lot of chlorine in it. Suggest you wear goggles and nose plug if you swim. My only complaint is that the hotel is not conveniently located in terms of access to Metro or BTS though the hotel does provide hourly shuttle service to Ekkamai BTS. "

"Firstly, I just want to say that we’re not fussy travellers- We’ve stayed in loads of budget hostels and completely understand that you get what you pay for. However, the hostel advertised on Hotels.com is not what we found when we arrived...The hostel staff were rude and check in took a long time. They couldn’t work the card reader, nor did they have change and the receptionist was ether doing her make up or watching YouTube as opposed to being helpful. Our bed had a curtain that had fallen...
