"We spent a very happy 8 nights here. As we hadn't rented a car we relied on the local train - which worked well and we nipped in to Stockholm easily a couple of times. The hosts were very welcoming and we have everything we needed. If I was to say anything less positive it would be that its such a shame the host cant make a small area available so you can sit outside (garden is private), also the cottage is a little overlooked by the main house. "Our stay in Sweden was wonderful! The cottage was small but perfectly comfortable for me and my sisters stay. Transportation too and from Stockholm was easy with the ferry and subway availability. We also enjoyed the immediate access to miles of hiking trails through the forest with the town and shopping within walking distance as well! Our host was extremely responsive and helpful! "The setting is breathtaking. The accommodation perfect. Our hosts, Mikael and Johanna worked to make our stay exceed our expectations. Mikael especially, helped us navigate very confusing ferry schedules, making sure that our excursions were well planned out. He made several recommendations that helped us take advantage of everything we could. We will return to visit Mikael and Johann’s breathtaking and ever ao comfortable vacation spot."
