"We only were in the house during the evenings and the nights. The house had all the facilities we needed. The wifi-signal was weak. You had to be close to the house of the owner to pick up the signal. The drawers of the kitchen need a bit more attention when cleaning the house.Overall it was a nice stay."

The house was big and spacious, with more balconies that we could use, and a property filled with fun things to do and use for all ages. Beds and rooms were traditional and comfortable, and the owners were kind to lend more beds for the kids. "We spent a very happy 8 nights here. As we hadn't rented a car we relied on the local train - which worked well and we nipped in to Stockholm easily a couple of times. The hosts were very welcoming and we have everything we needed. If I was to say anything less positive it would be that its such a shame the host cant make a small area available so you can sit outside (garden is private), also the cottage is a little overlooked by the main house. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alex and Emma’s house in the forest - it’s just 45 mins from the city, yet feels further from any hustle and bustle of urban life.
