"It was my 6th or 7th stay at the property and as is usual the staff were professional, friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was that on my last stay I had an issue with the air conditioning and despite asking for management to respond they never did and didn’t address my negative review that I previously posted. For a hotel to stand out a reputation can be improved by solving issues. However it’s a lovely hotel with beautiful rooms and a special mention to Victor in the bar/ restaurant...
