"We loved Hotel Condes de Barcelona. The staff were all so friendly especially Julieta and Jackson. They were very helpful and always made us feel welcomed. The entire hotel smelled so luxurious and was super clean. The location is the best in Barcelona as it is central to all the tourist sites and within a block from all the luxury shopping. The only negative I would comment would be the ac system as it it was not true to the temperature we set it too. We had to sleep with the balcony door open...

"I enjoyed my stay as it is very comfortable and the location is very central. Staff was very nice but need to communicate more efficiently. I paid for breakfast although it was already included in my booking, and when I presented myself at breakfast area they told me I didn't have breakfast although i paid (twice) for it. Staff handled the situation properly but please be careful next time. The elevator system is really not practical, you have to wait a lot and there was a problem in my floor so...
