"Officially the quietest hotel we've ever stayed in - once in our rooms we literally heard nothing from outside it. The room was nice, clean etc. We were there for 4 days and no one came to clean which was unexpected but equally not really an issue. Staff were all friendly. Location was ok for us as we like walking but it is quite a distance from anywhere. With a young child it would have been helpful to have cleaning slightly more regularly or a brush provided for sweeping as crumbs quickly gathered around the table. One thing which is out of the hotel’s hands but we did notice is that very often coming in and out of the lobby there were people directly outside the door smoking which was not ideal.
