"This property has potential, but not ready for guests. We arrived and the dooor was open- because it wouldn’t latch closed. We put a chair under the knob to keep it closed. The property is next to an Air Force base- so be ready for noise. If you like watching aircraft, it is fun to watch from the front porch. When we arrived, we found dead flies in the glassware and crumbs on the table. Upon closer inspection, the bathroom had not been cleaned and the counter, sink , and stove was not wiped...

"Loved the area! We had neighbors near by, but still felt very private. Not far from shopping or traveling to near by areas. The place was clean, stocked with cookwear, extra sheets, etc! The host was available if need be. Great Place!"

"The property is amazing. Beds are extremely comfortable. We saw the northern lights 4 different nights. The family all enjoyed the hot tub. There were single digit and below zero temps are entire stay but the hot tub still got plenty of use as well as the fire pit. I highly recommend this as a vacation rental while in North Pole/Fairbanks"
