"The process was very easy and the home was in a perfect location for our work. The only issues we had was some challenges with the door code. The outside trash can was completely full when we arrived and there were maggots in the bottom (a new trash can would remedy that). The trash was all around the trash can and driveway due to neighbor cats and other rodents. It could have been a little cleaner, especially the bathroom and main bedroom and I only say that because of the 11 day cost of...
