"I was due to arrive on Friday 27th Jan due to my 11 yr old son collapsing at school and being diagnosed with a serious heart condition I had to cancel the trip. The hotel refused a refund and when Expedia approached them on my behalf, they did not answer their phone or e-mails. Terrible customer service."

"Room was clean but dated, with random screw sticking 1 cm out of the floor carpet, creating a trip/cut hazard. Breakfast, which we paid for, was not served until 800 am, and we had to leave for the airport at 700 am, so received no breakfast. Not even coffee was available at 700 am, as far as we could tell. No gasthaus staff were present when we checked in at 600 pm or when we left at 700 am, and the restaurant was not operating. "

"We stayed in Gastehaus Flora for one night, the reservation made just the day before our stay due to a mixup in another booking. We were warmly greeted and shown to our room on the second floor. Our room was delightful with a comfortable bed and a couch, tables and chairs, and a sizeable balcony we could sit out on. "In der Ankündigung war von Kaffee und Obst in der Gemeinschaftsküche die Rede... Nichts von allem war vorhanden. Eine Toilette war kaputt, dadurch nur ein komplettes Bad für das gesamte Haus (ca. 20 Personen). Haus ist auf dem Berg gelegen - für Radfahrer schwierig. Alles in allem sehr einfach und anonym. "

"Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Betten sind mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet, d.h. wir konnten darauf sehr gut und bequem liegen. Der Vermieter wohnt im selben Gebäude und ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Wer gerne wandert, findet hier in unmittelbarer Nähe ein Naturparadies mit schön angelegten Wegen - und auch die Chiemgauer Alpen sind zügig und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen."
