"Newly renovated property that is well maintained with all the comforts of home. All rooms and amenities were well stocked. Host was very responsive to all our questions. Check in/out procedures were a breeze. Host even surprised us with a bottled of champagne on ice, champagne flutes and a balloon bouquet. Really started our honeymoon on the right note . We will definitely be spending our 1 yr anniversary there. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!!!"

"Not at all an accurate description of property. While the room you stay in is very cozy, well furnished, and cute, it is just a single room inside of a dwelling. This is NOT a one bedroom home. You have no access to a kitchen, sitting room, dining room, or TV room. Also the bathroom does not have a bidet as stated in listing. For the price per night, you should have way more than just a bedroom and bathroom. The area is beautiful, the town is great, the restaurants are amazing, the description...

"Nice little retreat for a getaway! The place was very clean and we were able to walk to downtown Jim Thorpe. It was a little further than we wanted but still doable. Especially after seeing the trouble with parking during the fall season. It was perfect for us! "

"I booked for a few days during Christmas with my mom and I brought my dog. The property was easy to get to, the parking was very convenient. We were in apartment F which was decorated for the holidays and was so warm and welcoming - they even had a Christmas tree in the living room! We had everything we needed and more. "The space was clean and neat. Flooring throughout could use an update. Pretty beaten up. Everything worked and easy to locate. I would encourage the owner to take the plugins out or at least only use simple fragrances like cinnamon or apple…the purfume scent was way too overwhelming including the fabric softener used on all the bedding. Felt like you were “drinking” the scent it was sooo powerful! For people who have allergies to fragrance it was definitely way too much."

"Both the owner and the caretaker were very responsive, helpful and kind.They thought of every detail. It was a great stay in a really interesting little apartment. Plus pet friendly. Would definitely stay there again! And they had all the Christmas decorations up in the apartment."

"Loved this place. It was clean, comfortable, and well kept. Would definitely stay here again. It had games, TVs in every room, a nice kitchen with a balcony. And great local/walkable restaurants. Very cute town. If you’re going to come to Shroudsburg, you won’t be disappointed staying here for sure."

"We had a wonderful weekend in Jim Thorpe and loved our accommodations!"

"This property was set back from a main road, so it felt private, even though houses were very close. Our favorite part was seeing all the wildlife when walking or driving; a few deer greeted us in the yard the night we arrives & were present the morning we left. The house was comfortable and spacious. "

"The town and area are lovely. The property itself was hard to locate with no visible name nor house number. It looked like a vacant store front. The "lobby" was behind dirty glass doors, and locked, with a lock box on the handle. Inside looked under construction with caution signs on the dirty floor. There was much lag time with property management communications. They refused to answer calls or texts even though they provide a "please call or text" message at the bottom of their property...

"Beautifully decorated, clean and just Perfect ! I can't say enough about the owner and all of his properties, I have stayed in 3 over the last few years and each one was just as perfect. My husband and I will be back ! Thank you for being the perfect host !"

"Overall room & property is really nice but the check in is horrible. We had to check in different location then drive to where our room. We got lost on the way because the staff gave us incorrect info. Also no hair dryer in the room not very convenient. Overall I’m still happy but the check in needs improvement. "

"We had a great stay. The host was easy to contact for any questions or concerns. The hot tub is inside which is a huge plus so you don't have to go outside in the cold weather to use it. Plenty of space for everyone and lots of games to keep everyone busy. We will be back. Thank you!"
