"This was my first time at the Ruby Emma, and it definitely won't be my last. I managed to lose my phone, but the staff were very sympathetic and did everything they could to help. Thankfully, the phone was returned to the reception shortly afterwards. We quickly forgot about the incident when we arrived in our room. The location was amazing, and both my fiancée and I were seriously impressed by everything."

"A short walk from nearby metro stations. Postillion offered a beautiful room which was very comfortable. I was able to easily connect my phone to the TV so I could stream. The breakfast buffet was excellent. "

"The service was phenomenal from check-in to check out. We had breakfast our last day and it was worth the money. Quite a few options overall would recommend. 45 minute walk from the city center or a train station near by. "

"Not in the most beautiful part of Amsterdam but handy for the arena and metro station across the street. Basic room but decent bed and helpful staff. Offers better value for money than hotels in centre but be prepared to use public transport. Would definitely use again if looking for a budget break."

"Conveniently located on major metro line. Really fabulous breakfast buffet. Nice bar area downstairs. Restaurant is excellent. Only downside is that the immediate area will be interesting in a year or so once the construction is completed. Bring a bathing suit if you want to use the sauna ."
