"Place is great and right off the highway! Pool is wonderful for little kids as the temp is really warm & it’s clean. My only complaint is that it’s loud! You can hear everything in the hallways plus the snowmobiles outside. Seems to be a popular area for snowmobiles. Otherwise, it was fabulous. "

"The facilities were clean and safe. Among the many positive moments of my stay, I most appreciated the pleasant interactions with BW staff I encountered. The young lady at the front desk was friendly and courteous. Her name is Ryanne. Unfortunately, I did not learn the name of the second staff member I would like to mention. She was the server in your BW restaurant that evening - pleasant, fun and knowledgeable. I expect to be in Grand Falls again soon and look forward to my stay."

"Very clean AND quiet hotel. The staff were very pleasant. Room was spotless & the bed was very comfortable. Having a bar and great restaurant in the hotel is a big plus. We spent 5 days driving from AB to the east coast & this was the best hotel by far. Of course, it's a little more expensive, but hey, you get what you pay for. Would highly reccomend it yo anyone."
