"We stayed in the pines cottage with our dog. I have to say the stay was fabulous, the house has everything you need and more. Very complete, all very well thought out throughout to the minor details and all very clean. The view and gardens are spectacular; love the benches in the gardens to relax, play, have a drink or picnic with the glorious view. The area is quiet and pure. "We had a great time at the Studio. Great hosts and very clean and comfortable with everything you need for a holiday. Our only problem was how to work the cooker but we eventually figured it out. Also the towels could be bigger. Tain is a wonderful base with Portmahomak, Cromerty and John O’Groates in driving distance. When up at J O’G make sure you visit Dunnet Head and Duncansby Head. Amazing bird life. Great stop of point for NC 500"

Loads of maps and information provided for holiday makers to plan their stay better. The host, Paul personally came around and checked on us.
