"The hotel is located in a great area for touristy activities and is a beautiful property. Unfortunately, Brussels streets are filthy and people are smoking in every doorway, so cigarette butts are everywhere. The smoking isn't unique, as most of Europe is this way, but the streets are much cleaner!"

The room was large with a nice size bathroom with a glorious deep tub that really hit the spot after a day or two walking all over the city sightseeing, also had a separate shower with great water pressure. All the staff were very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"
