"This property is in an awkward area that is not bad but not "pretty". The air conditioning hardly cooled the room and was an older unit. Definitely should be updated. All this being said, the staff was AMAZING, the breakfast was FABULOUS, the amenities were better than 4 star hotels that I have stayed in and everything was super clean. "We loved our stay at Hotel La Ninfa. The room was a dream. There are stairs to the room and to the bathroom inside the room. That was not an issue for us but it could be an issue for some travelers. We walked down to the town of Amalfi about a mile walk and spent the evening and the day. Took the bus back up to the Hotel La Ninfa because it was easy to walk down but not that easy to walk back up. The balcony view was absolutely stunning and the staff was very friendly"
