"On the whole we enjoyed our stay. The balcony was great, bed comfy and a nice bathroom.the staff friendly and helpful. We did have issues… the air con was noisy and we couldn’t turn it off until a staff member came. Air con from other rooms was noisy as were people scrapping chairs across the tiled floors at all times night and day, and locally there was a small dog that constantly yapped from dawn to dusk, however these are problems everywhere. I can recommend Maiori as a base for the Amalfi...

"The property is wonderful, the view from the suites are unbeatable. The staff is very friendly and helpful and breakfast was great. If you drive just know the parking lot is about a mile away and you have to take a shuttled back and forth. Make sure you bring a good pair of sneakers because you are going to need them, it’s a pretty good hike (at least 1/4 mile) up the hill to get Villa Amore - the views are worth it.
