Great customer service and the beds are softer and much more comfortable than the typical Japanese bed. Very close to Ebina train station and LaLaPort Mall. Would definitely choose this hotel again when in the area.

I love how central it is to everything. 711 and Izakaya downstairs. Cheap super market right across the street on both sides. Close to Ebina Station, Lala Port shopping, OIOI department store, and many restaurants all around. Good service and very clean. The best part is their bathroom which is separate from the toilet and you can shower outside of tub. Love this place!

We stayed for a week. Close to train station, shopping malls, many different restaurant and 7-11. That was awesome. Breakfast was good we enjoyed every day. Room we stayed had no closet. Wish they add more wall hanging for purses/small bags. Overall we enjoyed staying this hotel.

Great Hotel in Ebina!
Hotel Vista is the best hotel in the Ebina area. I stayed here a couple years ago. The hotel still looks new. The rooms are a nice size and the toilet is separate from the bath. There is a nice vanity in the room. I don’t put my toothbrush anywhere near the toilet. The check in was efficient and I really like this hotel.

Within walking distance to Ebina station
Within walking distance to Ebina (odakyu-sotetsu) station. There is an Aeon supermarket and some other malls nearby. The toilet and shower are separated in the room. Since it is 15sqm single deluxe room, understandably space is tight for a 25” luggage. There is little space to hang clothes. USB charging points are found by the bed. The hotel controls the aircon even in March. You could request for the fan mode at the front desk instead of heater mode. Although I don’t feel warm but my colleagues in other rooms commented their rooms were warm even in fan mode.
