"We thourougly enjoyed our stay La Pirogue Mauritius. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The beach in front was amazing. Open buffet offered a selection of local and international dishes, and were freshly prepared and tasty. Overall, if we ever go back to Mauritius, staying here again has a high possibility. "A little disorganised at check in. Reception staff insisted I present them with a voucher before they would give us access to the room. I had no voucher (is this the 1990s???) and would not accept that a booking in my name would in fact be my reservation!! "We loved every second of our stay here. We were upgraded to a beachfront frangipani room which was great. 4 different restaurants - all with fantastic food (Saffran was probably our fave). We had no issue getting reservations. The all included watersports (inc motorised) were amazing. The staff were all fabulous- they couldn’t do enough to help you.
