"Where do i start!!!Booking was so easy and The Host (Belinda) could not have helped any more than she did.Always made herself available and always replied speedily.The Propertly is imaculate. Everything you need is provided .Fully equipped kitchen/Laundry room/Beautifully presented wc and shower room.Spacious storing room for clothing....i could go on .. "When we arrived our room had not been cleaned from the previous people. As there was no phone number to ring, I emailed and was asked to send photos. I did and sat and waited…..after an hour and a half with no cleaners arriving and no phone call, I had to find alternative accommodation for my three children and myself for the night. They assured me I would get a full refund. It’s been 4 days and still waiting…..not happy. "

"The location and views can’t be beat. Perfect area for everything to see, eat and do. Though, considering the property is fairly new, the room maintenance has not been kept up or modernized. Broken handles and flooring, clogged sinks and ungraded shower that fills the bathroom with water, no USB charging ports, only one mirror in the entire two bedroom apt. which was in the bathroom and since there isn’t a fan, it was always fogging up. "Our second stay at royal on the park has been just as great as the first time. Exceptionally friendly & helpful staff, a beautiful old world charm that only the Royal has to offer & convenient to event we were attending. The parking is soo easy compared to a lot of other places also. The Royal on the park will be our go to from now on when visiting Brisbane. Markets across the road in the park are enjoyable to browse & no shortage of food options around the area & the restaurant in house as well. Pool was lovely for a quick dip on a hot day & since the last time we visited they now have a poolside bar which is a fantastic idea. Wish we could stay longer but we will definitely be back again soon "
