"Loved the hotel facilities, views, restaurant and room size. Requested shower chair and microwave were in the room before we checked in:-) We were also greeted with a bottle of wine and discount voucher for restaurant. Girlfriend's birthday felt acknowledged and special. The whole experience felt like a treat. Despite cold weather, the pools, hot tubs, and restaurant outdoor seating were all warmed nicely. Easy drive to all of Santa Cruz and Capitola beaches. Will be 1st choice for future Santa Cruz stays. Thanks to all the wonderful staff we met and behind the scenes- Cheers, Matthew"

My only issue was I thought I booked a room that had alittle more space AND the double bunk beds with a queen or king size bed, so 5 beds in total, and I got a room with only 3 beds. Which I will make do and it will all be fine, just wasn’t what I expected. "
