"A really nice place to stay in Bath. It's a great location between the Royal Crescent and The Circus. The room was spacious with a sofa and table and chairs. The bed was very comfortable and the welcome was friendly. I really liked the Sash windows. I will definitely stay here again. The only downsides are the shower isn't very powerful, the towels could be thicker and the lounge with fireplace and honesty bar is permanently shut. Which I would have liked to have used . Maybe take the lounge...

"Easily one of the best stays I’ve ever had. The property is strategically located in relation to the station and the town centre. Steve is incredibly kind and accommodating. My room was quiet, clean, cosy and exquisitely decorated. Same goes for the bathroom. The breakfast station was abundantly stocked and new supplies were added every day.
