"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . "Standard double room advertised as much bigger, see photos e.g. with armchair and desk space. In reality, there is no armchair and desk available, apart from of the TV's, so the room is definitely smaller, e.g. the one you see under twin bed room. Some of the spaces will need some improvement in the next few years, but still a 4/5.
