"Nice place to stay for a few nights. Staff was friendly and helpful.Room was modern, clean and design well thought out. Plenty of outlets for charging, bathroom had beautiful shower and good counter space. Very quiet so we were able to get a good nights rest. Close to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again!"

"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . All the bugs in the valley end entering through the open window. Breakfast is greasy and don’t expect any one to smile at you. Definitely , not worth the...

"It was “okay” we found some children’s clothing under the couch so cleaning is probably not the best. The kitchen utensils were flimsy and not strong enough to do much with. The location is good. Not a lot of parking either, pool is available for 1 euro per room. "

"Standard double room advertised as much bigger, see photos e.g. with armchair and desk space. In reality, there is no armchair and desk available, apart from of the TV's, so the room is definitely smaller, e.g. the one you see under twin bed room. Some of the spaces will need some improvement in the next few years, but still a 4/5. "This was my second time staying at the hotel and if I ever go back to Kosice, I’ll stay here again. The hotel has a fantastic location: very close to the train station and is very close to downtown.
