"The room itself was okay, if very bare, and there was no information about anything. Although there was a fridge for our use (and some bottled water provided) there was no kettle and no access to the kitchen until breakfast time the next day, so we couldn't make tea. We were admitted to the building when we arrived, but not welcomed. Reception desk was unstaffed, nobody around to greet us or give us any information. The building looked quite neglected. "The room was fine and the staff were great. The street noise was unbearable and made sleeping very difficult. Also, the outside area was very dirty with a lot of litter, graffiti and many loitering noisy people around smoking. "

"We arrived at about 3pm and searched for about 10 minutes to find our hotel. Luckily we spotted a small sign in front of a locked door. We needed to phone the owner for access. The hotel was 4 flights up the stairs but the room itself was nice. The hotel was very close to the plaza with lots of restaurants and shops available.
