Apparently, they were short of staff, so in order to enter the urbanization where the hotel is located, because there’s a gate, we had to wait for someone of the area who wanted to enter the urbanization to be able to enter with them. "Communication was good and highly organized. We felt safe and didn’t need to lock up our bags or valuables at all times.
