"The accommodation was as expected. The problems arose about checking in. To access the property you are sent a keypad code for the main entrance and the unit. The codes did not work. The staff was able to remotely unlock the doors but could not rectify the problem. This meant we could not leave the apartment or we would be locked out. Not the best situation. The staff offered to let us back in remotely if we called back. Not a situation I was comfortable with. "

"We rented the apartment for some family time in the Norwegian mountains. Very helpful and friendly staff during check-in, spotless apartment in fabulous location and great service from the vaktmester when a leak in the sink turned the water off (he came shortly and fixed the problem). We would definitely stay again!"

"There are both good things and bad things about this place. Good! Very convenient place, near by the Hafjell ski resort. good space, good kitchen and a nice sauna. In general apartment was clean and pleasant. Bad! The TV is super old and may be a decades old. Pictures are not that clean and clear. It has only few channels and kids hate it and they are very disappointed, actually. Another bad thing is, we found unwashed pan and few cups in the kitchen cupboards. That gave us a huge doubt to...

"The coat rack at the door has loose wall anchors, needs to re-fastened. The street parking had warning signs but we had no issue. Other than that it was a perfect little spot for us."

" Very service minded personnel, the apartments were big and clean, perfect with indoor parking with direct indoor connection to the apartment. Swimmin pool was very good with extra bonus of mountain views. Highly recommend Havsdalsgrenda whatever season."

"The property is very nice. The owner answered all the questions and texts. We wanted to start the sauna, but there was no English, he stopped by to start it. "We had a great 1 week stay for skiing.Living area and bathroom are very nice. Ski/snowboard storage cupboard just outside the property. Kitchen is well stocked. About a 8 min walk to the T2 chair lift for skiing. 2 min walk to the supermarket.There is underground car parking near the property which was very handy. This was not made clear in the booking instructions and wasn’t very clear to find you need to follow the road round and it’s the second set of underground car parking not the first. We...

"Utrolig kaldt når vi kom frem i leiligheten, vi måtte sitte med jakker inne. Ble ikke varmt før ut på natta. Leiligheten er litt for liten til fire voksne. Begynner å bli slitt og bør oppgraderes. Det sto med liten skrift at vi måtte re opp sengene selv, og at dette var ekstrautgift. Før vi reiste måtte vi vaske over flekker, tømme oppvaskmaskinen og ta av sengetøy. "
