"This location is exactly as described in the listing. What the listing might not say is how quiet the space is! We were down to move mom into a senior living center and wanted a space that was peaceful after long days of driving and unpacking. Larry's location was just that. The apartment is nextdoor to another apartment, but we never heard a peep! We will definitely stay again when we come down to visit mom or on our way to WNC. "

"Sadly, this property didn't live up to how it was presented online. When we got there, we were surprised to find that the property wasn't a house but rather a converted former college faculty housing unit (this is problematic because we travel with our dogs). The housing unit sits on the former Sue Bennett College campus and some of the buildings are vacant and run down. "This was our second time staying here. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Our only complaint about the room is that during the winter season they are cold. There are no heavy blankets or comforters provided. Only a thin bedspread. Also the breakfast is very sparse. Only waffles, toast, bagels, cold cereal and instant oatmeal. The coffee is really bad as well, very muddy"
