"This location is exactly as described in the listing. What the listing might not say is how quiet the space is! We were down to move mom into a senior living center and wanted a space that was peaceful after long days of driving and unpacking. Larry's location was just that. The apartment is nextdoor to another apartment, but we never heard a peep! We will definitely stay again when we come down to visit mom or on our way to WNC. "

"Very clean and nice property. She went out of her way to help us. We needed salt and pepper and more creamer and she got it for us with no problems. The rental unit was very nice and clean. Shower had nice hot water. Very nice to have barbeque and spot to chill out by fire pit."

"We checked in late on Thursday, so i didnt contact the property manager until Friday morning. There was no internet and the kitchen sink didnt drain. They replied later that the internet was in the listing. No network by that name. No mention of the plumbing. Then i noticed how dirty the bathroom was (fake eyelashes everywhere). No paper towels. Then we opened the dishwasher to find MOLDY dishes. Lastly, we found some dirty clothing in the bedroom that wasnt ours. The only suggestion from the...

"The owners keep this place well stocked with stuff you might need. Bandaids! Bug spray! Tons of towels and wash rags. Dish soap. Paper towel. I even saw a spare phone charger and cord! We did this vs a hotel while visiting family in town. One night we hosted a bbq and cooked burgers and dogs. The grill, the picnic table, the comfy Adirondack chairs, and the extra folding chairs came in real handy that night. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking! "
