It’s well maintained and the cabin is quite impressive. It’s a beautiful little spot easily accessible off the highway, but far enough for some peace and quiet. "We loved staying at the Lakefront Retreat. The home itself is very spacious and feels like a week at summer camp. The views from the dock are beautiful and the kayaks were a nice touch. We came to explore Yellowstone so were out during the day but wished we had more time by the lake and a few more days. We would definitely recommend to anyone travelling this way. "

The setting was amazing with a small river running through the property and the trees were at peak fall beauty. The gas stove which heats the main room wasn't working, but the property management was right on it and solved the problem quickly. "Every year, instead of a ton of gifts for the adults, we find a destination and we book a home that will hold our family of 23. This home is just spectacular! We had some very young grandchildren who weren’t too keen on driving around Yellowstone, and just playing around the house was a great time for them too. Absolutely a 10 star home "

"We are 3 adults traveling together. Very happy not to be staying in W. Yellowstone craziness. Not difficult to reach from park. Short dirt road off of main was very rough, and another cabin nearby. Pretty views from outside of cabin. Excellent kitchen, lots of space for larger family. Games if wanted Nice laundry. Steps need safety consideration. Overall was good. "

"We were super pleased with our stay at Cozy Bear! It was everything we expected and more. It was very convenient for Yellowstone and we were able to relax with plenty of room in the house in the evenings. We also rented side by sides from Island Park Rental and explored some of the area around the cabin and lake. It was just as beautiful as Yellowstone! "We had a great time during the 2 nights we stayed at the cabin. The hosts were wonderful and provided all the information we needed and we even got to meet them our first night there and had a nice chat. The cabin was amazing! Beautiful view, clean, had everything we needed and the most comfortable bed!!! The hot tub was great after a long day in the car and in Yellowstone.
