"The staff was very kind and helpful. All spoke English as well as many other languages. The room was amazing. Lovely, spacious, had a hair dryer, fridge, towel warmer. Any extra things you need just ask! I had an awesome stay!"

"It is the first time to visit Bologna. We have absolutely enjoyed our stay at the NHS Hotel. Everything about the hotel was excellent; especially the breakfast was amazing. "

"We thought we were staying in the b& b chain hotel but this is a private bed and breakfast. It was on a busy road which meant public transport into bologna was convenient and frequent. The room was on 3rd floor and there is no lift but for an overnight stay its acceptable. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to which you get the keys for your own. The lounge is shared. The owner comes in to make the guests breakfast. We had a Very nice room and bathroom."
