"I requested for upper floor room 2 months in advance and got a ground floor room when I checked in and room has no hot water. They were nice enough to switch me to a 2nd floor room and fixed the cold water issue but it’s not ideal as you can hear foot steps from upstairs neighbors waking you up at nights. They also don’t salt their incline entrance drive way so you should be prepared for wintery condition or colder temp nights that you may not be able to make it back to the motel."

"We stayed at the Colonial Motel on a weekend ski trip to Windham from the city. This location was convenient (only 20 min from the resort), spacious, and quiet. After a cold day of skiing, the best part was that we found the shower head to be brand new, and there was plenty of hot and high pressured water for an incredible and relaxing shower. Also, there are a couple food options around the motel - we at Tastees up the road and it was so good! We will be staying here again whenever we come up...
