"We stayed for Christmas and really enjoyed this home . The owner allowed us to put up a Christmas tree which was important to us and our kids . The house has everything you need . Lots of games, an awesome sled riding hill and playground . We all had a great time ! "

"Excellent location to ski Hunter, Windham, and Bellyaire mountains. Hiked Katterskill falls. Did not eat out. Restaurants were limited. Nice working wood stove. Wood provided. Local hiking trail right out front door called Diamond Notch trail"

"Went on an upstate retreat with some friends and our partners - 8 people total. The rooms were lovely and the kitchen was fully furnished. They even provided a little s’mores kit in the fridge (although we only ended up using the marshmallows for hot chocolate). We didn’t get a chance to use the hot tub but it seemed well maintained and clean. Fireplace came stocked with plenty of wood. 10/10 would rebook if the opportunity ever came!"

"We came for our honeymoon and the property was everything we thought it would be. The hot tub was perfect in the cold! The internet access was incredibly fast which is a must for me! My wife was very happy as I got to build my first snowman. Everything was very clean and it was everything we could have asked for! 10/10 would definitely stay here in the future!"

"The location and layout of the home was ideal for our family, but we were underwhelmed by the condition of the home. Many of the ceiling lights were not working, and the main living area was very dark. Plan to eat most meals out and you won’t be disappointed as the kitchen was not well stocked to prepare food (no spatulas or measuring cups) the ice maker made ice but did not dispense it and the filter for water was due to be replaced. The washing machine did not work and despite addressing it...
